Кто такие “тролли”?
“…В интернет-терминологии, «тролль» — это человек, который размещает грубые или провокационные сообщения в Интернете, например, в дискуссионных форумах, мешает обсуждению или оскорбляет его участников…”

В общем, даже по этому небольшому отрывку можно понять, что наши “тролли“ никакое сравнение со своими “заграничными” аналогами не выдерживают.

И лечение:
The willingness of trolling “victims” to be hurt by words, he argued, makes them complicit, and trolling will end as soon as we all get over it… trolling will stop only when its audience stops taking trolls seriously.
